Gin mg is a classic cut gin, a London dry Gin, where the juniper takes centre stage.
For this reason its cultivation, harvesting and sorting by hand is strictly controlled in our family estate in Teruel in Spain. Gin MG Dry is transparent, translucent gin, with the steely edge and glittering flashes in Its clean and shiny depths. A sleek distillery process with a stylish aroma, with abundant tinges of juniper and damp grass, something sharp yet highly balsamic. On the palette, is a tasty and delicate gin, highly aromatic and a throwback to yesteryear of juniper berries. It denotes a period of exemplary distillation for the proper integration of its alcohol and softness, the roundness and elegance of its lengthy after-taste.
