Australia

Bird's eye chillies are small but mighty, offering very hot heat with a sweet flavour - perfect for those who enjoy a spicy kick. They are most popular in a range of Asian cuisines such as Indonesian, Vietnamese and Thai.
Add heat and flavour to your favourites such as Red Curries, Chilli & Basil Stir Fries, Pad Thais, Vietnamese Noodle Salad, Laksas or Rendang - the list is endless.
