Cazcabel Reposado is rested in American oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months and balances the beautiful, clean and earthy agave flavour of the double distilled blanco with the complex but subtle aromas of toasted oak. The tequila is sampled every week and the ageing process can last up to 11 months depending on taste. Our Reposado is truly hand finished. Tasting Notes Taste profile: Dry, earthy agave balanced with vanilla and toasted oak. Aroma: Agave notes with a touch of eucalyptus and hints of white pepper, caramel and toasted oak. Finish: Long and complex with a jalapeno tingle.
