Having become an obvious choice for Hervé Dantan when he took over as Cellar Master in 2013, Le Blanc de Blancs brings together the finest Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims in a subtle balance, where delicacy and finesse are underlined by a fresh, mineral finish. It is aged for at least 4 years in our cellars, to develop a subtle combination of complexity and vibrancy.
