Great Southern
Light straw-yellow colour with a rubbery, artifact, non-fruit dominant aroma. A touch of burnt matchstick. The wine is likewise in the mouth and is very dry and serious, taut and restrained, with a touch of astringency, and quite long on the aftertaste. It could reward a little cellaring.
