How to sharpen:
Sharpen knives regularly, commonly used knives should be sharpened once a month.
Step 1 Prep: Realigns knife blade in readiness for sharpening. Run the knife blade through slot from heel to tip, repeat 3 times.
Step 2 Sharpen: Adds a fine edge to the knife blade. Run the knife blade through slot from heel to tip, repeat 5 times.
Step 3 Finish: Polishes the edge of knife for a super sharp finish. Run the knife blade through slot from heel to tip, repeat 3 times.
