Clare Valley
The vintage didn't mean that no one could make a full-bodied dry red, this wine living proof that it was possible. It exudes plums, red and black fruits, and cherries in abundance. Tannins are buries somewhere in this piece of plenty, French oak (20% new) adding yet another level of flavour.
