1. Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size.
2. Slide insole into shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to fit. The insole heel should fit firmly up against the inside heel of your shoe.
