
Josef Chromy's Pinot Gris delivers a fresh, zesty flavour profile of ripe apricot, pear and subtle hints of ginger. The grapes are harvested quite ripe in order to give the palate its full, rich weight and texture with a beautifully balanced, lingering zesty finish. A great pairing with a Risotto or Calamari.
The palest of pale, pale pink in colour (you might not even notice it), a musk-infused floral nose, and a generous round swirl of spiced stone fruit, pears and apples (skin and all), finishing crisp and long - and there you have it - a very complex and complete rendition of Pinot Gris from one of Tasmania’s top producers. Serve with sous vide salmon or pork fillets.
