St Hugo Signature Barossa Shiraz 2021 is a wine of intensity, elegance, tension, and purity that is complete and age worthy. Dense dark garnet with vibrant crimson hues with aromas of graphite, cocco, and slate overlayed with blackberry, coffee and dense raspberry. Textural and mouthcoating with densedark reds fruits, that are directionaland precise, overlayed with long fine tannins and subtle French oak.
