1. Fill mug with 200mL of boiled drinking water. Do not use any liquid other than water. For infants and children under 12 years, use lukewarm water. 2.Empty contents of one sachet into the mug and stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved. 3.Once cooled to the appropriate temperature, serve immediately. 4.Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. 5. Discard any unused solution. 1 sachet = 200mL Recommended dosage for dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea: Age in years:Under 12 months Take in first 6 hours (Sachets): 1-2 Max. per day (Sachets): 5 Age in years: 1-3 years Take in first 6 hours (Sachets): 2-3 Max. per day (Sachets): 7 Age in years: 3-6 years Take in first 6 hours (Sachets):3-4 Max. per day (Sachets): 10 Age in years: 6-12years Take in first 6 hours (Sachets): 4-7 Max. per day (Sachets): 13 Age in years: 12- Adults Take in first 6 hours (Sachets):7-10 Max. per day (Sachets): 20 For dehydration due to other causes: Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration.
