Our Natural Sultanas are grown in Australia and left to dry on the vine under the Australian sun a little while longer than our standard sultanas.
This longer drying time results in a sweet caramelisation of the natural fruit sugars leading to a more intense flavour and a much darker coloured berry.
There is no vegetable oil used in the processing of Natural Sultanas.
