King Valley
Italian varieties aren't the only strength of the King Valley. Riesling is naturally suited to the Valley's higher elevated sites. Brisk, keen acidity to the forefront, balanced nicely by a delicacy of aromas and flavours in lemon zest, grapefruit, tart green apple, Thai basil, spring blossom and jasmine aromatics. Thoroughly dry and coiled with the potential for further ageing.
