- To prepare soup base or liquid stock, dissolve 1 teaspoon (3g) of Vegeta in 2 Cups (500mL) of hot water.
- Add directly to stir fries, casseroles or sauces.
- Sprinkle on meats and seafood prior to barbecuing or grilling.
